In an effort to help protect our clients and their families we are taking precautionary steps in both our Aberdeen and Inverness offices. All members of staff will be washing their hands every hour and hand sanitiser is available at all times for staff and our clients.
 
If you would prefer not to visit the office for your appointment and would prefer a home visit please give us a call and we will get this arranged.
 
Batteries and wax guards can be ordered over the phone and posted out.
 
It is important that if you have travelled to any of the affected countries in the last 2 weeks, if you have any flu-like symptoms or have been exposed to anyone who is showing flu-like symptoms that you do not make an appointment with us at this time.
 
Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to continue supporting you with your hearing needs and both offices will remain open.
