The system actually uses your hearing aid's microphones and receivers to effortlessly pick up and send voices both ways. The device will work for phone calls, FaceTime®, Skype™, Viber and any other telephone services on your smart phone

The device can also be used as a remote microphone when you are in noisy environments or in the car.
